Terms of use of Wow Krakow! Hop On Hop Off Bus services

1. The operator of the WowKrakow! brand is the company Jacek Legendziewicz Jordan Group, based in Krakow at ul. Gęsia 8, 31-535 Krakow.
2. WowKrakow! Hop On Hop Off Bus is a package of services that includes a cabrio bus ride along a designated route, based on the "hop on hop off" rules.
3. Buses run along a fixed route with bus stops located near attractive tourist areas.
4. Having a valid ticket is required to use WowKrakow! Hop On Hop Off Bus services. 
5. The purchase of a ticket is equivalent to the acceptance of these regulations.
6. A ticket entitling one to use WowKrakow! Hop On Hop Off Bus is a ticket with a unique number and QR code.
7. Tickets purchased on websites and at stationary points, which are issued in the form of printouts from online systems and do not have a unique number or QR code, must be exchanged by the tour guide on the bus for the WowKrakow! Hop On Hop Off ticket with a QR code.
8. If the ticket is lost, neither duplicate will be issued nor the purchase costs will be refunded.
9. A one-way ticket entitles to single travel on the route of WowKrakow! Hop On Hop Off Bus.
10. With 24H and 48H tickets, you can get on and off at any stops on the route any number of times you wish during the validity period of the ticket. The ticket is valid for 24 or 48 hours from the first use.
11. Children under 3 years of age that are under the care of adults may travel free of charge. A maximum of two children can take a free ride provided that they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.
12. 24H and 48H tickets enable to take advantage of additional tourist attractions and discounts at premises, shops and museums of the partners of WowKrakow!   
13. The current list of WowKrakow! partners is available on the wowkrakow.pl website. WowKrakow! Partner Coupons are passed on to passengers by the tour leader on the WowKrakow! Hop On Hop Off Bus.
14. The passenger is obliged to show a valid ticket to employees of WowKrakow! at the bus entrance as well as to employees of the attractions included in the ticket price and on request.
15. The audio system tells about the attractions located along the route, as well as at the nearest stop, in 7 languages. 
16. The Wow Krakow! Hop On Hop Off Bus route runs through the city center and the area of high-volume traffic of pedestrians, vehicles and public transport, which may cause delays.
17. The Operator makes every effort to ensure the appropriate location of the stops and departure times. However, the Operator reserves the right to change the location of the stops and departure times, if circumstances so require.
18. The Operator does not bear any responsibility for delays caused by factors outside their control, such as traffic jams, road closures, cultural events, festivals and all the external conditions that justify the delay and changes of the route or places of the stops.
19. The current location of the bus, travel time, possible delays in relation to the timetable can be tracked on a virtual map on the website wowkrakow.pl/trasa
20. If WowKrakow! Hop On Hop Off buses do not run during the validity period of the ticket, the entire amount for the ticket could be refunded. The refund only takes place if the bus is not fully operational. Delays and changes of the stops locations due to unpredictable circumstances do not entitle one to a refund.
21. In the event of resignation from the service, the ticket holder is entitled to a refund of the full ticket value.
22. The refund for unused ticket takes place at the ticket sales point after previous Operator's verification whether the ticket was not used.
23. The value of unused ticket purchased on the bus and via the Operator's website wowkrakow.pl, shall be refunded by the Operator after prior verification of the unused ticket.
24. In order to verify the ticket, it should be reported to the Operator at the e-mail address info@wowkrakow.pl.
25. Operator reserves the right to conduct two types of vehicles: cabrio bus with opened roof and closed bus in emergency situations requiring the use of a replacement bus.
26. Vacancy of a seat on the bus is not guaranteed.
27. Entering and getting off the bus is allowed only at designated stops and through doors assigned for this purpose.
28. Passengers are obliged to keep handles or handrails while riding. Standing during the ride is forbidden. Throughout the tour, all passengers must remain seated.
29. Usage of open fire, as well as alcohol consumption and smoking are forbidden on board.
30. Passengers are obliged to follow the safety rules and comply with the instructions of employees of WowKrakow! in this regard. In particular, it should be understood as activities that endanger the safety of the bus, other passengers or actions not allowed in public places.
31. Passengers are not allowed to carry objects that may pose a threat to the safety of other people or that may damage or stain the vehicle (eg knives, machetes, axes, open cans with paints, greases, etc.).
32. People whose behavior will be claimed by the employees of WowKrakow! as a danger for remaining passengers and people behaving aggressively or obstructing the use of the service by other passengers, may not be enabled to enter the bus or be asked to leave the bus without a chance of refunding the ticket price.
33. The Operator does not take responsibility for any personal injury, death, loss or damage to one’s property that has been caused by:

    1. unauthorized behavior of third parties, in particular other passengers

    2. random events

34. Any complaints should be reported to the Operator via e-mail info@wowkrakow.pl with the attached ticket, up to 14 days from the date of the trip.
