WOWKrakow! Hop On Hop Off Bus is a comfortable open-top sightseeing bus that lets you explore Krakow at your own pace. You can ride the full route or get off at selected stops and continue later.

How does the Hop On Hop Off ticket work?

Choose a 4-hour, 24-hour or 48-hour ride-only ticket, or a 24H/48H ticket with attractions. During the ticket validity period, you can get on and off the bus along the route.

What is the difference between ride-only tickets and tickets with attractions?

Ride-only tickets include bus rides only. Tickets with attractions include bus rides plus a 30-minute gondola cruise on the Vistula River, the multisensory Legends of Krakow show, and admission to the Galicia Museum.

Where can I buy a ticket?

Tickets are available online, directly on the bus, and at selected points marked on the map.

Can I buy a ticket on the bus?

Yes, tickets can be purchased directly from the bus staff.

Can I pay by card or cash on the bus?

Yes, both card and cash payments are accepted.

Is there staff on board to help passengers?

Yes. Each WOWKrakow! Hop On Hop Off Bus has an English-speaking tour assistant who sells and scans tickets, provides information, and helps passengers during the ride.

How long is the ticket valid?

Depending on the option chosen, the ticket is valid for 4 hours, 24 hours or 48 hours from the first boarding.

Do I need to book a specific departure time?

No. You can board the bus at any time during operating hours, as long as your ticket is valid.

Can I get off and back on several times?

Yes, you can get off and reboard the bus multiple times during your ticket validity period.

Yes, the audioguide is available in 7 languages: Polish, English, German, Spanish, Italian, French and Russian.

Can the route or timetable change?

Yes. The route or timetable may change due to traffic, roadworks, city events or other temporary disruptions. Delays may also occur. Please check current information online or ask the bus staff before your ride.
